I can't log on to virgin media with my blueyonder email . Is there an issue I am unaware of...?

Sorry to hear of the email log in issue - there's no reported issues we're aware of. What happens when you try to log in please? Any error messages? 

Can you also confirm, is the BlueYonder email address linked to an active cable account?
