By "other email accounts" I assume that you are referring to Virgin Media accounts.

Sadly, there is no way to view the email passwords via the VM website.

However, if you or your son accesses those email accounts using the VM webmail service the passwords will most likely be saved/stored in the browser that you use.

Most browsers allow you to view those saved passwords. An online search for "view saved passwords in chrome" (or whichever browser you use) will give you the instructions.

If that is not possible, the only option is to get the passwords reset.

You used to be able to reset passwords for secondary email accounts from your primary account. However, in the changes VM made to their email services last year, they removed that option.  Now the way to reset a secondary account password is to sign into the "My Virgin Media" account for that secondary email account. Of course that requires that you know the current password!

There is also the "Forgotten password" option https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password but that relies on there being a password reset question set in the secondary account which is unlikely.

If you are a VM broadband customer one of the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) should be able reset the passwords for you. Or, you could call VM on 150 from a VM landline. (take the broadband and then "technical support / faults" options) and they can reset the passwords for you.

Hi Buster67, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums.

I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the password, are you able to log in with an alternative device.

Have you managed to get the password issues resolved or do you still need assistance with this?

Kind regards, Chris.
