We cannot access emails on IMac or iPhones since yesterday. Changed primary and secondary passwords. Spoken to virgin. Got on emails through we page but still not on as above.
Also just discovered through reply to my joining this group that ntl email going to my google emails .... I would appreciate any advice please.

Sorry to hear you have been having issues with your email with some devices. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help. Just to confirm, are you able to log in via web clients such as outlook? Does the following link work https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/email/mailbox.html. Also are you able to further expand on the issue with your ntl email and your Gmail?
Hi. thank you for responding. since yesterday evening after we tried again with new passwords all systems working. Gmail no longer shows ntl emails. No idea what happened but all sorted 👍
