Hi my emails stopped sending receiving today and I phoned Virgo. And they say my email address is not registered and they need to send a ticket and it could take 5 days. It was working up till this morning. I need my emails before then. Tried changing password and just shows your email box is not available. Please any ideas?
my previous post forgot to say I’m still virgin customer and used my email address for 20 years. Worked this morning. Then This afternoon it’s saying my email box not available. Called virgin who says my email not recognised and will raise a ticket which could take days!! I get daily emails which I need to access. If anyone knows how to help I would be really grateful.
