Email

Hi , just got an email saying from Virgin , saying thanks for the discussion today and the problem has been resolved .

No idea what is going on , not had a chat with anyone and tried ringing to speak to someone and was cut off .

Anyone any ideas

Have you had any open complaints at all or spoken to the team recently in regards to any issues?

The most likely explanation is that someone mistyped an email address and so you got the message rather than whoever it was intended for.

Had a problem a couple of weeks or more ago with my upload speed that was sorted , but if that or the other suggestion of bad typing , that’s not very good either way .

The correspondence may have been in relation to the complaint or issue, please don't be alarmed by it as it will just be an automated email. If you receive further ones then please let us know and we can look into this further.
