Hi there can’t access email getting error code thanks
Please share the error code.
Also what happens if you try to log into the email address concerned via the Virgin Media webmail page?

The most likely cause is the account has been locked for security reasons.
The VM Forum Team staff should be able to help you when they reach this thread in a day or so.
In the meantime have a look at this:
