I am having trouble downloading emails to outlook. It was working fine until 3 days ago. It is saying it cannot connect to the server.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
If I remove the account from outlook and set it up again, will I lose all the emails I have downloaded?
Emails are arriving on the virgin server.
