Email

  • I have changed my password on VM. I receive emails but when sending I get a message saying cannot send emails, user name and password is incorrect. This is an IOS device (iPhone) and I have changed every password I can see. Any ideas anyone?

Select:

  • Settings > Mail > Accounts
  • Account name
  • SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server
  • Primary Server  name
  • Password and enter new password
  • Done

Try sending an email to see if issue is resolved.
