All of a sudden my email on my iPhone has stopped working. I can receive emails still but it won’t let me send. It goes straight into outbox and says username or password is incorrect. How can this be if I’m still receiving emails?
Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.

I’ve done that changed password then in the email settings on my iPhone changed the password to the one I’ve just changed it too and it’s still not sending emails. It stays in the outbox. It’s strange because I’m still receiving emails
