Hi . 

can you please tell me why i have been unable to access my email since yesterday - i see i am not the only person having problems . Sort it out !!!

Complete **bleep** take - I have been unable to access since yesterday . Phoned in and they said tried everything then said they will pass it onto support and hopefully get it fixed within 6 hours !!!!!!! Virgin media goes from bad to worse , no doubt the prices will be going up again soon to claw back all the Sports Revenue they lost

I've been having the same issue for 2 days now....can you help?

"Sorry your mailbox is unavailable at the moment"

I tried changing my password 

Can't get to speak to anyone at VM
