Are you getting this error when signing in via our webmail or a third party mail client?

 

Have you been able to reset your password to see if that helps?

Actually you can help. For sometime now Netflix  on my V6 box will not play content. I can log in, and it loads. But when I click on something to watch, get a message saying "unable to play content" wait an hour, try again, if this keeps happening call support. I haven't reported it, because I can watch it via my tv. But would prefer to use my v6 box. Thanks.

Sorry to hear of the Netflix issues on the V6 johnstainthorpe.

 

Is your V6 connected wired or wireless to your hub? Do you have similar issues with other apps on the V6 e.g Youtube?

 

Have you ever been able to watch Netflix or have you always had this issue?

Wired connection. Netflix was fine until a few weeks ago. I don't use other apps. Thanks.

Do you have a second Tivo / V6 in the home that share the same issue?

 

Are you able to try the other apps on the faulty set top box please and let me know if they're working okay?

Netflix works on our tivo box, although it is very slow loading. Can play youtube on my v6 box. Looks like it's just a problem with Netflix on my v6 box. Thanks.
