I cannot access my virgin.net emails. I believe I have an orphaned account however, I did not get any notice of this being suspended. I really really need my email account unsuspended so I can retrieve my important emails and transfer to another email account. Any help would be so appreciated. I have a virgin media account still and find this so upsetting especially as I have been shielding my son for the last 12 weeks and more and had this account for 20 years. I really need your help
You say you have a virginmedia account just for clarification do you have a current Virginmedia broadband account, the virgin.net email addresses like any other email addresses are dependent of having Virginmedia Broadband, if you do not have a current contract then normally the email account would have been deleted after 90 days from account closure. If that is the case and under the terms and conditions then I am afraid all the VM support staff can do is delete the account. VM do not have to tell you when this is suspended as already set out in the T&C's.
