Email

Hi my email on iPhone said error 

same on iPad 

tried laptop it said incorrect password so I changed it 

logged onto my virgin media but still can’t access emails 

is there a problem

Definitely!

There has been an ongoing problem with Virgin Media's email service for a while now. See here for details https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Webmail-403-Mailbox-Unavailable-errors/td-p/4294661/page/...

email error

where do i post in order for someone from virgin media to get in touch re the email error

By the way, it would help if you describe exactly what email error message you are seeing. There are a number of different issues going on at present.

I have located your account but just need a bit more information so we can help you out 🙂 

 

  • Please can you confirm your full name and that of the account holder
  • Please confirm if we are chatting with the account holder or a 3rd party
  • Please confirm the 1st, 3rd and 5th characters of the memorable word we have listed
  • Please confirm the email address with which you are having issues with

I can confirm that I have reset the email you were having issues with - please attempt to try again. You may need to change your password.
