For the last two weeks my virginmedia mail has not been 'pushed' to my outlook app or gmail app on my iphone. Before that I received notifications as soon as an email was received.
I have deleted and reinstalled my apps, no change. I have reinstalled my imap and smtp settings, no change. I have checked notification settings.
When i receive mail on my gmail email account i get notifications straightaway but not on my virginmedia one.
Email works fine on my iphone mail app. That has never pushed but I get notifications every 15 mins fetched.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Can I please ask you to change the Webmail Password here
The re enter your details with new password on your Iphone
and see if that helps

Hi Gareth.
I changed my password. Updated it on my iPhone. Sent a test email from my work email but it still didn’t come through on outlook until I swiped down to fetch.
