I am a fibre virign media cusotmer and as of Thursday 12/08/21 my email (virgin.net) will no longer logon from any of my devices or via the web site.
I have had the usual uniformed call centre saying I must speak to Talk Talk and quite rightly Talk Talk patienlty explained this is nonsense for a fibre Virgin broadband user.
Can I ask how do I logon as I need access to the server for homeworking?
