Email via my work servers has stopped working

My work emails have suddenly stopped working when connecting using virgin broadband on various devices. They work fine on SKY broadband and 4G (and at work). I connect to the work server for sending and receiving using SSL, IMAP and port 993 for receiving and SSL and 587 for sending. It has been working fine but stopped this week. Any ideas?

It is likely your work email provider is using an IP Address block list to protect their service. What was there response when you raised this issue with them?
