Email urgent help

My secondary email   ntlworld has a warning symbol next to it. I have taken some photos to showthe problem that I can send in. 

This is through we and app. Nothing changes. 

I have tried everything that has been recommended in other post I have found but nothing works. I should have received a very important email a few days ago. 

My primary email is working in some capacity but not as a should be.

Please help.

Hi Nathan. It keeps telling me that there is authorised problem with imap. 

I have tried to edit but  othing works it won't accept any passwords. I have tried changing it but  it just changes my primory email which is working but very limited.
