exactly my problem too
secondary account 'unvailable' (a blueyonder address, so its not like Im a rookie - been with Virginmedia for decades!!)
3 x 1 hour long phone calls the 150 and still no resilution jjust promises to call back.
So many people seem to have this problem... why??
Its surely a flick of the switch for secondary accounts... really frustrating when the user needs the account for health , study or work reasons.
Id welone some help too please...anyone ... anyone?
