Trying to sign into my VM email but keep getting message to say emails are unavailable. Anyone able to help?

Really sorry for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
I've taken a look into the back end of things and can see that you've since spoken to the team and this has been passed on to our IT department.
As soon as they have an update they will be in touch.
