Email unavailable

Hi I've been unable to access my emails all day.I've changed my password and the issue is still occurring. Please advise, thanks

It says:

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

There seems to be a spike in such issues today.  The VM Moderators are investigating.

Provided the email address concerned is correctly linked to your current VM broadband account the Forum Team should be able to get it unlocked for you.

If it isn't linked the chances big a successful resolution are limited.

Thanks, hopefully they can get it sorted soon. I had to register under a different email to post on here. If someone can direct message me, I can provide my blueyonder address if they need it.

Ive phoned up, and they have changed my password again, and asked to wait 1 hour and retry... And it's still not working. It took 45 mins on the phone... Can anyone help me on here?

I also have this issue and had to wait for an hour for the call centre, I have a ticket number for my call, 

I would be grateful if someone would be able to help me resolve this please
