Help!!!

 

Cannot access emails via website on desk top or on mobile and have tried to change password but nothing works

even new Email ending virginmedia comes up as unavailable

mainly the second one, sent a very imprtant email yesterday morning and 10 mins later I got the 2nd message and still now

Change your password for all your e-mail addresses in My Virginmedia, the wait here for VM staff on the Forum to discuss with you unlocking of your mailboxes. Sounds like they have been locked by VM security for sending spam - hence the requirement to change your password first.
