Hi. When I try and log in currently get the message

Please help. I really need access to my email address. Even if it means deleting all emails in the past. Just need access 

What can I do?

What was the outcome of calling Virgin Media?

Use an email client (like Thunderbird or similar) to access the account however be aware that if the error message is accurate (and the mailbox is not available) then this might also fail.
