I can no longer access my VG inbox. Any help would be much appreciated ASAP. I get the following message.
"Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices."
It is likely that your email account has been locked for security reasons.If you haven't already done so follow the instructions here:https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-account-is-lockedIf that doesn't work then post back here and the VM Forum Team should be able to help you.

Thanks Graham_A, this has already been done and I can access my VM account. It's just the mailbox that is the issue.

Do you get the same error message when using this link https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ ? If so, it could be that the email account has been locked for security reasons.
Can you try changing the password via your My Virgin Media account.?
