Email unavailable despite password change as advised! Week 2
Been trying to access my emails @ntlworld.com for the last fortnight and despite being told to change password and log out of areas and remove the accounts and log in again after several hours it still doesn't work!

Thanks for the update Wiglet1, I'm going to send you a Private Message to get some details to look into this further for you. Can you also ensure, if you haven't already, that you reset the password for the email account you're experiencing the trouble with please?
