Email unavailable despite password change as advised! Week 2

Hi

Been trying to access my emails @ntlworld.com for the last fortnight and despite being told to change password and log out of areas and remove the accounts and log in again after several hours it still doesn't work!

Please help!

Can you confirm a couple of details for us please? Do you still have active services with us? If so, what is the error message received when trying to log into your email account?

Hi

Yes I can confirm that we still have active service with you.

The message I get is:

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

Thanks for the update Wiglet1, I'm going to send you a Private Message to get some details to look into this further for you. Can you also ensure, if you haven't already, that you reset the password for the email account you're experiencing the trouble with please?
