Hi all!
My virgin.net email account is unavailable again for the past 3 days. Can anybody help?!! It was working all fine again after the weeks of no email / loss of historic email and then on Tuesday afternoon it suddenly stopped again and does not work on Outlook and when logging into webmail online it comes up with "
I am a broadband customer. I have spoken to the chat team ticket number P012051367 but had no update as they have no way of contacting me!! Please please help or if you could point in the direction of who to ask. Thanks!! Jon.

Hi @jelly7 thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of your issues with email at the moment.
We are aware with issues affecting webmail at the moment - we are looking to resolve this ASAP but unfortunately we have no timescale at the moment.
As soon as we have any further info, we'll be in touch.

Thanks @Tom_W1. Any ideas on when email in general will be working as I can't access any of my emails via webmail or anything!!!:( Thanks Jon

We wouldn't have a direct fix date however our team are working to get this matter resolved.

Hi,
Is there anybody out there who could look at this directly? I have a broadband, TV, phone subscription tied into my virgin.net email but I have had no access to email for over a month now and with so many work emails that I cannot access to I am still yet to have anyone look into this apart from a generic "Our team is looking into this....". Please help. Thanks

I can see that your IT ticket raised has a estimated fix time of 26/07/2023 at 11:20.
Please do let us know if you have not heard from the team or if you have any further updates/concerns after this time and we'll be able to escalate your ticket and investigate this further for you if needed.

Get yourself a new email account with a reliable provider and start using it. If/when the VM one comes back, move your contacts over.
