Part way through this morning I suddenly started getting messages on my tablet and smartphone saying that my email credentials for Virgin need to be updated. When I tried I was told that either the user name or password was incorrect. I had not changed either of these. I have tried changing my password online and then trying again but still have the same issue. Can anyone advise what the problem is and how I resolve it ? Thanks for your help

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing your emails.
Can you confirm if you're accessing this via webmail or an email client?

Thanks for the reply but I eventually managed to sort out the problem and have been ok since.
