Email still not working

I cannot access my vm email account and new contract from o2 registered to that email address? Not sure if I should name the account but it is a secondary email address with error message.

Thanks for reaching out to us. 

We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with their email service and are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. Our teams are working flat out to fully restore all emails as soon as possible. 

Should you require your O2 contract, please reach out to them and they can forward onto any back up email address you have or send a copy out via post

Has it been two weeks? I can access primary account but not secondary alias? Would changing primary and secondary over work?

Hi @phammond2 👋.

Understandable this is taking longer than expected. Secondary users are currently part of the process to be resolved. We would not advise it right now.

I deleted my secondary account then added it again and now it works with all messages recovered
