Hi there , Don't no what I done,  tried put on different office on my pc, copied all the settings. 

But now I cannot get any email in outlook,  I always used pop3, nothing happen any idea and help please

Can you get access through webmail via My Virgin Media?
Are you able to access the emails on other devices?

Hi think it sorted, not sure if it windows 11 that cause it, put window 10 on again it OK. So not sure what the problem.
