Email setting

For my. VM.  Email secondary accounts.  inbox.  Messages.      How do set up different time limits for each account.   So that.  the inbox of each secondary account.  is cleared    At.  different times.  Eg.   After. 1 year.  ,  2 years. …..etc.  
Plus.      how. Can I block clear emails. that.  are more than. Eg.   18 months old. Etc.

Functionality to auto-clear Inbox of message older than N days or years does not exist. 

Consider using existing Archiving function:
