Email says Your mailbox is not available at the moment

This is driving me mad,i have phoned twice, web chatted, told to change password numerous times. they have also changed password their side for me twice, still cant log into email .its my primary email account i cannot log into, all others are fine. Why is it so hard to contact virgin media

Yes trying to gain access through the web page , tried different devices , I need access to the email I don’t log in that often and was wondering if it’s been suspended.Its so hard to contact VM I have spoken on chat and on the phone twice,I changed the password then they changed it but still says mailbox unavailable

Sounds simple but often helps, but have you tried the 'forgotten password' link when trying to sign in via the website?

I think the email account has been suspended because it’s not been logged into for 90 days or more .

It appears I have 60 days to regain access before it disappears forever . The user name and password remain the same so as to allow access to my virgin media services.If this happens, I will cancel all my services . I shouldn’t have had to google to find this out .VM could have at least have told me
