I have not received any emails from the beginning of January i have been on phone to virgin number of times spoken to different people and they couldn't fix  it and each one said someone from IT will phone you but takes up to 5day s i explained i was going away 6th January for 2months and still no phone call and no emails i am very annoyed with virgin media not sorting this for me I'm 77yrs old and not very good with all this technology x

Sign into webmail here https://mail2.virginmedia.com then:

• select ⚙ > E-Mail > Filter Rules
• select Disable for any rules not recognised, i.e. you did not create
