Email rejected as SPAM

Hi

I have started getting my emails bouncing back with the message

Your message to <*****.****@ntlworld.com> was automatically rejected:
SPAM

 

Reporting-UA: mc28.tb.ukmail.iss.local; Dovecot Mail Delivery Agent
Final-Recipient: rfc822; *****.****@ntlworld.com

Disposition: automatic-action/MDN-sent-automatically; deleted

I've added the email address to my address book and it still bounces

I've change the SPAM settings to

Flag a message as SPAM but deliver to Inbox
and
Turn off all SPAM filtering
but neither have any effect
 

Is there something I'm missing as it used to work

Think there's a major problem with my account as I haven't received any emails from anywhere since 23rd November 2019 although I can send without any problems.  Not noticed as it's one of my many email addresses

Is there any chance someone could have guessed your password and set up to divert your emails to themselves?

I'm sure it hasn't been hacked as I use secure random passwords.  Funnily enough the account has now started working so I'm at a loss as to what is happening.  I will update my password though and change it from 10 to 16 random characters to make sure.

Random is good, but you are only allowed a maximum of 10 characters.

It doesn't take a minute to look at the settings in webmail and check they are all clear.
