I am getting an error. (I have removed my email for personal reasons)
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for xxxxx@ntlworld.com.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for xxxxx@ntlworld.com. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
Outlook is essential for me so I need this to be working asap.
It has worked for a short time over the past 2 weeks but looks like not connecting to Virgin's server since last Friday07/07/23. Also I am not receiving emails since Friday via My Virgin Media.

@BoneyZ Have you tried generating an app password and using that in the account credentials for Outlook?
VM have recently changed the log in requirements for accessing VM Mail via third party apps.
If you change the password for the account in My Virgin Media > Account settings > Account details you will not be able to use the new password to access the account via an email client. Email client access now requires an app specific password which can be generated in the MyVM > Account Settings > Account details > Mailbox App password management
