Email problems

After receiving an email from Virgin Media stating that my email account would be down while work was carried out the next day I opened my blue yonder account the emails won’t open can anyone help please

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account at the moment, what happens, when you try to login to your email account, are you seeing any error messages, when logging in?
