Keep getting this error message trying to log onto email.
Have tested all settings and they match what I should have.

Yes can confirm
Just tried again and now saying Client Certificate is not secure
Cannot log in via link either
Your email account has been locked by VM.
Provided the email address is correctly linked to your Virgin media broadband account the Forum Team should be able to get it unlocked.
If it is an orphaned account resolution will be more complex.
The team will ask you to change your password before they unlock the account.

We did ring VM yesterday morning and have already changed password and it is still locked
Ok, as you have already contacted VM via phone I will escalate this so that the forum team can pick it up sooner than normal.
