Cannot send emails on either android phone or iPad followed instructions and deleted email account on iPad but will not set up account again the connection to the server imap.virginmedia.com on port 993 timed out
Hi can anybody help I can not send emails on my virgin media account was told to delete account and then put back on my iPad but account will not set up get message the SMTP server SMTP.virginmedia.com is not responding. Have checked info is correct. Not sure what to do now?
Please can you check your account details to make sure they are all entered correctly and if this doesnt work, please could you try changing the password for your email account and re-adding all the details in again with the new password.
