Email problem

When I send an email from my blueyonder address it just states Virgin Media on the from section to whoever I send it.  Any idea why or how I can change this?

In webmail select ⚙ > Basic settings > My contact data…, amend name details and save; other email clients will have similar setting to amend Display Name; should further help be needed then please post detail of whether this is a webmail or email client issue and if the latter which email client is used.

Hi, it does this from my phone when I use it to send an email.
