I have been unable to send or receive emails on my Blueyonder account since late yesterday afternoon. My wife's Blueyonder account is fine.I've had a look at the Virgin Media site and there are no known problems in my area.
For the last 24 hours my Blueyonder email has been unable to send or receive emails. Broadband is working fine and my wife’s blueyonder email is working ok. How do I fix this?

If you can provide more details as to how you access your email account and what the exact error messages you see that will help in diagnosing the issue.
