It has now been more than a week since one of my email boxes stopped working. After a wasted morning which included an hour on the phone to customer services in India. (who assured me it would be running a gain in half an hour hour) Several hours later still no joy. I posted on here and had a long PM session with Sabrina b who referred my problem to the technical department. This was 7 days ago and I still have the problem and can't get a reply from Sabrina on the PM.. Is there anyone here from VM who can help please. ? This email box is one that normally gets used a lot and has now been out of commission for over a week.
