Email poor service

For two days now email is extremely slow if I can actually sign in. Even signing on from the virgin media site it either times out “Connection timed out.Please try reloading the page” or a message that the server has stopped responding. This is extremely poor service. What is wrong with it? B31 area. Even using someone else’s internet i have the same issues.

FYI: likely due to **Intermittent Email Issue: POP3**
