I no longer have an account with Virgin media. I have a blueyonder email but I’m unable to change the password. The page keeps telling my my email is incorrect.
I am receiving email but I’m unable to send them ( quotes password is incorrect) help!

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the email account.
You would need to have an active Virgin Media account in order to use the email service, if you are no longer with us this would now be unusable. You usually receive 90 days in which to save any important emails before the account closes. Has this timeframe passed?

Hi Thank you for your reply.
somehow the email account has rectified itself and I can now send emails again.
the 90 days has now lapsed - I left Virgin media April 2021 but the account is live now so I wonder if Virgin has changed its policy.

The email should not be active for long so I would suggest backing up all of your emails and saving whatever you need before it is closed again.
