I've been unable to access my virginmedia.com email on anything other than the website for about a month now. It keeps stating "unable to verify username and password" or "Please check your username and password and try again".
When i tried to reset my password on the website, it told me to change my email address to a non virgin email which I have done and have also reset my app password approx. 5 times but it still doesn't work.
I've tried logging in using both the virginmedia and non virgin email addresses alongside my account and app password and nothing is working. This has been done on both Android and Apple devices. I would be grateful for any assistance anyone could provide.
