Email not working

Blueyonder email still not working (Since Friday)
Have tried resetting password and using web mail as recommended
No joy
Anyone out there that knows what's happening?

Not a happy customer at present

The 'ongoing' problem is still ongoing I'm afraid. 😕

If you have already changed your password there is nothing more you can do from your side.

All you can do is to wait for one of the Forum Team (VM employees) to pick up this post and contact you for the details by Private Message. They are working their way through the posts so it may take a while.

However, they will be able to re-enable your account for you and get emails moving again.

That advice is based on you still being a Virgin Media broadband customer and that your Blueyonder address is correctly attached to your account.

Sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your email account schian.

 

I have been able to find your account and I have re-enabled your email account on our system. Please can you try to log in to your account again and let me know if it has worked or not.
