Email not working after password change

Hi 

I have followed all directions on the communication boards after reading lots of people were having issues with their email and changed my password but my email is still not working? Any help welcome?

Explain exactly what you see when you try to log in to VM mail (web site, but you don't say). Error messages in full please. Otherwise not enough information here to even guess at what is happening.

The VM Team here need to unlock your mailbox. Wait for them to reply in this thread.

The password change is just the first step and doesn't restore access as you have discovered. After your mailbox is unlocked change your password again to be on the safe side.
