I cannot access my email, it is saying mailbox not available. I have spoken to several people at Virgin but no help, I really need to get into my emails urgently!!

I'm sorry to see you've some issues accessing your email account at the moment.
Can you confirm for me if you've tried accessing this via webmail and a mail client?
Have you tried a password reset?
I've tried both, I've just been on webchat with an agent though and they have reset my password again, I have got to wait an hour and then we will see if it works!!

This was working following the help from the online chat, however it isn't working again now, I can't get into anything!
I'm really sorry to hear the issue has returned. Just to confirm - is this email linked to a current open account with us or an old one.
Although, do this same error message appear across alternative devices?

I have an open account, been with Virgin for years, really experiencing problems at the moment though!
