Email not available

So i been trying to contact virgin everyway possible but as usual no luck !! So i have been unable to get into my email for around 3 days ! Im no longer virginmedia customer but was assured that as im still mobile customer my email address is safe i made sure i double checked as i use it for important things !! Now it seems i was misinformed and let down once again by virgin !! Is there anyway of getting my email back or contacting somebody who actually know what they are talking about !!

I am very sorry to hear of your issue with the email address. I am afraid that once your Virgin Media subscription ends, your Virgin Media email address will be deactivated after 90 days.
