Email not available

Hi

Cannot access emails says email not available try later.

Had this message for over a week. Do not have the patience to ring up and be in hold for ages.

Does anyone know how to access live chat as I can't seem to find that

Suggest you forget phone and chat support for this issue.

The VM Forum Team should be able to help you with this.  They will respond in a day or so via this thread.

Whilst waiting, if you haven't already done so try changing the password for the account to a new one that you have never used before.

Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.
