When I try to access my virginmedia email I get a blank page with the word "Forbidden" in it, and a 403 message.

Any suggestions?

This happened after I reported 2 phishing emails to report@phishing.gov.uk.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing your email.

Can you confirm if this is via webmail? Can you access it via the app?

I have tried to access via my PC and mobile. I am now getting a message when I try to access on my mobile saying: "Unable to open this site. The site did not respond or encountered an error."

Are you able to try this via webmail please- 

Sign in to My Virgin Media
Go to Account settings, then Account details
Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.
