Email no longer in use

Hello, a while ago I used to use incredimail, but then flash was discontinued and I had to change it to Gmail. I changed most of my email accounts but I did not do it for Virgin Mobile. I never have to sign into it so I just didn't check.

The problem is now I'm having to sign in and it still uses my old email and I can't get in. I don't remember my password either. What do I do?

The first thing to ask is whether you are still a Virgin Media broadband customer?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your email. 

I've not been able to locate you on our systems, can you confirm if you have an active broadband service with us and if you are looking to sign into a Virgin Mobile account or a  Media account (TV, Landline, Broadband)?
