I have been without email for over a week now. All of our accounts were locked out. After several calls and complaints we now have access to the main account but still cannot access all of the others. message rec

no one in the call centre seems to be able to help and we are not sure how they were able to fix one but not the others

It has been resolved. It took several calls and hours, but eventually someone sent the correct info to the security team who unlocked it. I still never received the call back and only found out it had been fixed by checking it daily.
